Merge PDF
Combine PDFs into one
The essentials
Merge PDF stitches multiple PDF files into one continuous document — reports, contracts, and chapters combined in the exact order you choose.
How to use it
- Add two or more PDF files.
- Reorder them with the move controls.
- Merge and download the combined PDF.
Pro tips
- Merge in reading order — cover page first, appendices last.
- Compress the merged file afterwards if it is too large to email.
- Keep original files until you have checked the merged result.
Behind the result
Merging copies the pages of each source PDF into a new document in the order you set. Pages are copied as-is rather than re-rendered, so quality and file structure are preserved.
A worked example
A contract, an annex, and a signed scan must be sent as one file.
- Input
- Three separate PDFs totaling 34 pages.
- Output
- A single 34-page PDF in reading order, quality untouched.
